What is the Écrins Integral by bicycle?
This is our most ambitious alpine traverse yet through France's fifth national park. A route designed by Javi Piris, one of our guides who has been cycling through the Alps since the 90s.
We're not going to lie to you: it's a demanding trip. We're talking about stages with elevation gains exceeding 2500 meters in a single day, such as the ascent from Bourg d'Oisans towards the peaks of La Grave.
Which legendary mountain passes are climbed on this route?
The route links the giants of the Tour de France: we will attack the 21 curves of the Alpe d'Huezwe will crown the Col du Lautaret and the roof of the route, the Col du Galibier at 2642 meters. We will also cross the visual boundary of Emparis Plateau, a unique natural viewpoint facing the Meije glaciers.

That's why our "Integral" route runs along authorized tracks and secondary roads as close as possible to the heart of the Park, ensuring that your adventure is sustainable and respectful of the landscape, the marmots and chamois that will watch over us along the way.
Logistics
We travel in a guided group with a support vehicle. Forget about your luggage; we'll move it between the hotels in Corps, Bourg d'Oisans, La Grave, Briançon, Eygliers, and Embrun while you focus on the next mountain pass.
