bikeschool

Would you like to use the bicycle as a regular means of transportation? For many people, riding a bike is their lifestyle.

But the first thing is to learn to ride a bicycle. It all starts with that learning that seems natural when we are children, but in adulthood it is a little more difficult for us.

It's never too late to learn to ride a bike. No matter how old you are, you may have to spend a little more time, but the reward will be worth it.

Promotes cycling and cycling mobility

The times we live in present us with paradoxes. We all want to live better, enjoy life more, lead a healthier life, have more time... But the day-to-day life of our cities imposes an accelerated pace on us, we live in the age of hypermobility. That 15-minute city that we hear so much about seems like a utopia.

Many times the day escapes us when traveling, going to and from the place of work/study, and that generates frustration, stress, inconvenience, loss of time and in our city smoke, noise...

But things can be done to promote sustainable mobility, walking (the most natural and sustainable mode of transportation of all), cycling, combining the above modalities with public transport. We can help you with everything related to promoting cycling mobility.

Before telling you anything else, just a comment: Knowing how to ride a bike is not the same as knowing how to ride a bike. If you want your municipality or your company's employees to travel by bike safely and responsibly, you must train them. We do it through a methodology tested and endorsed by the Network of Cities for Bicycles and the General Directorate of Traffic, we call it One More Bike.

All the entities that share this methodology have the purpose of helping companies, political teams, City Council technicians and other public administrations to promote effective programs that encourage and educate citizens in the use of bicycles, an active, healthy and safe form of transportation. sustainable.

course to learn to ride a bicycle

Do you want to learn to ride a bike?

Our bicycle school is for you if you don't know how to ride a bicycle, but would like to learn.

We made the first bicycle schools in 1993. We do not keep track of how many people have learned to ride a bike with us: adults, sometimes very adults, and also girls and boys. It is likely that there are already more than 1000 people who have never gotten on a bike and who today pedal through the streets of their city, have taken bicycle trips or today use the bike as a regular means of transportation.

Maybe you've never ridden a bike, or maybe you tried it once many years ago, it seems like in another life, and you think you've forgotten: this is your course.

In a few sessions (girls and boys often in a single session) you will learn to maintain balance and take your first pedal strokes on the bike, all in an easy and progressive way that will lead you to discover the pleasure of riding a bicycle.

All people manage to learn, each in their own time, at their own pace.
