This week we have a program full of women, we are painting our bike purple while we prepare the special program for next March 8.

We will start in Nicaragua with Ana Somarriba to get to know this beautiful country. We jump to Greece to talk to a Canary Islander, Yesenia from Nomadic Feminist who travels by bike and now, Europe is over. Finally, a very special interview with another Canarian, Cristina Spinola, the first Spaniard to go around the world on a bicycle, Cristina presents her book, Sola en Bici, edited by Cassiopeia Editions.

These are the contents of the latest program:

04:37 – Nicaragua is a fascinating country, with a lot to offer and of course exploring it by bicycle offers us many possibilities. Ana Somarriba is professionally dedicated to organizing tours around the country, with her company OffBeat Nicaragua Adventures, routes that reveal boundless nature, jungles, volcanoes, beaches and mangroves, an authentic local culture, colonial cities, coffee plantations and a wonderful Nicaraguan people.
23:24   Yesenia, travels the world by bike with a very clear message, she defines herself as a nomad and feminist, we love her proposal for a supportive, curious trip with a gender perspective.

41:20 – We had been trying to interview Cristina Spinola for a long time, we contacted her for the first time when she was still cycling through Bolivia, but patience pays off and we finally have her interview, we loved it in person, close, affable, direct, along with she Jezabel Ramírez, regular collaborator of Viajando Despacio and also the editor of Cristina's book, Alone on a bike. A phrase from his book: “From now on the only chains I will wear are those on my bicycle” Don't miss the interview, we loved it.

The music from today's program:
