El Trinity Palace It is a very beautiful building located on Francisco Silvela Street, number 82, very close to Avenida de América.
It was built at the beginning of the 20th century in a neo-Renaissance style with Spanish regionalist elements. Some of its most characteristic elements are its Arabic tile roofs and glazed tiles.
It is not known who was its architect. It was known as the palace of the Marquis of Larios. It originally belonged to the third Marquis of Larios, José Aurelio de Larios. During the civil war it was used as a Czech.
In the postwar period it was the vertical unions. From 1979 to 2006 it was the headquarters of the Instituto Cervantes, before moving to the Caryatids building.
It later housed the Secretary of State for Foreign Policy and the European Union. Two years later, the Government gave its use to the CEOE employer association, which left the building at the end of 2011.
In 2012, ten large trees were cut down from the abandoned garden.
Since February 2015, the new owner of the Palacio de la Trinidad is the company Pescaderías Coruñesas.
