I am Alvaro Neil, and I have traveled the world by bicycle for 13 consecutive years, writer, nomad and adventurer; one of the people with the greatest knowledge in cycle tourism worldwide. 

And I am Lorena Martín, his partner and yoga teacher, one of the few women to complete the Zanskar crossing in the Himalayas, overcoming passes of more than 5.000 meters on a 45-kilo bicycle.
