Mostly along old military roads and forest tracks, each stage offers breathtaking panoramic views of the world-famous Dolomites. The route partly follows the course of the renowned MTB marathon held annually in July.
The route follows military roads, forest tracks, and wide mountain trails. The tour is suitable for people with a good level of fitness. Each stage offers a sporty option and an "enjoyment" option. The latter is designed to be completed by e-bike (with a single battery charge).
- Day 1: Niederdorf/Toblach
- Day 2: Niederdorf/Toblach – Silvesteralm – Markinkele – Niederdorf (approx. 45 km, +1.475 m) / (approx. 22 km, +700 m)
- Day 3: Niederdorf/Toblach – Kronplatz – St. Vigil (approx. 55 km, +1.490 m) / (approx. 45 km, +220 m)
- Day 4: St. Vigil – Fanes Refuge or Fodara Vedla – Cortina (approx. 37 km, +1.000 m) / (approx. 34,6 km, +1.007 m)
- Day 5: Cortina – Rifugio 5 Torri – Cortina (approx. 43,5 km, +1.642 m, -1.658 m)
- Day 6: Cortina d'Ampezzo – Son Forca – Gemärk – Prato Piazza – Niederdorf/Toblach (approx. 45 km, +1.010 m) / Strudelkopf Variant: approx. 51 km, +1.300 m
