This tour through the heart of the Iberian Peninsula will take you through idyllic mountain landscapes of spectacular beauty. We begin in Ávila, the highest provincial capital in Spain, and after five days of cycling, we arrive in Salamanca, home to the oldest continuously operating university in the country. Both cities offer countless delightful, picturesque, and charming corners.

Day 1: Arrival in Ávila.

Day 2: Bike route from Ávila to the Parador de Gredos (66 km).

Day 3: Bike route from Parador de Gredos to Barco de Ávila (61 km).

Day 4: Bike route from Barco de Ávila to Candelario (38 km).

Day 5: Bike route from Candelario to La Alberca (61 km).

Day 6: Bike route from La Alberca to Fuentes de Béjar (50 km).

Day 7: Bike route from Fuentes de Béjar to Salamanca (60 km).
