Description and itinerary

This cycling trip will take you to the heart of this paradise and allow you to discover, among other places: Avignon and its Palace of the Popes; Les Baux, a small medieval village perched on a rocky promontory in the Alpilles; Aigues-Mortes, a fortified city famous for its pink salt pans; Arles, with its extraordinary Roman and medieval monuments; Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, in the heart of the Camargue; and the Pont du Gard, the best-preserved aqueduct from antiquity. You will also be captivated by Uzès, the first duchy of France and a charming town in Languedoc.

Day 1: Arrival in Avignon
