Summoned by the Commonwealth Sierra Norte of Madrid, Koan Consulting y Pangea Routes have energized the first Workshop for the Creation and Marketing of Tourist Products in the Sierra Norte of Madrid.
In this workshop held on February 3, entrepreneurs and public sector agents have jointly addressed product design and diversification strategies, aimed at enhancing and consolidating the brand. Sierra Norte of Madrid as synonymous with experiential and qualified tourism products.
Responding to a need for the vast majority of current tourist destinations to increase the number of products they offer, segment them appropriately and structure their offer.
This workshop is the prelude to a future workshop with selected marketers, interested in being complicit in the unstoppable growth of the Sierra Norte de Madrid as a competitive and intelligent tourist destination, a benchmark in biodiversity and in nature activities, ecotourism y active tourism.

Chus Blázquez is the founder and project coordinator of Rutas Pangea, a Madrid-based cycling travel agency operating since 1993. A pioneer of organized cycle tourism in Spain, he has spent over 30 years designing and leading routes across four continents and more than 50 countries. As a consultant specializing in itinerary design, destination specialization, and tourism product development, he has worked with numerous autonomous communities and regions throughout Spain and collaborated with international destination management companies. He is a regular participant in industry fairs, conferences, workshops, and seminars, both in Spain and abroad, where he speaks about bicycle tourism as an economic activity and a driver of rural development. Through Rutas Pangea, he promotes initiatives for active tourism, sustainability, and rural culture through cycling.
