From  Pangea Routes We remain committed to spreading the possibilities of a country like Spain for Bicycle Tourism.

A slow, sustainable type of travel that fits perfectly with the values that support responsible tourism and that contributes so much to making our rural territories known and valued.
We have been holding meetings with companies in the sector, with administrations and with those who make us dream of new trips; in the session Inspiration for cycle tourism.
This Thursday we are going to chat with those who make the routes, we are all clear that the route network is the basic axis of the cycling tourism proposals, that there are key aspects, such as the need for maintenance, the importance of a managing entity on the routes, that energizes the territory, that sets the tone of the communication of these routes, that chooses the recipients and the channels to reach them.
We will talk about these topics, highlighting everything that has already been done, but also about what we are missing and how to better articulate all the existing potential.
We would like us to talk about the possibility of creating this National Network of Cycle Tourist Routes and how to integrate other existing itineraries. How to establish the necessary collaboration between companies in the sector and the different administrations that manage tours. In short, what is the route to follow to make Spain an internationally recognized cycling destination.
We have the climate, the natural and cultural heritage, the gastronomy and the tourist services to be the country of cycling holidays. We must work together and coordinated to achieve it.
On the table we will have Natural Paths, Greenways, Camino del Cid and the Consorci de les Vies Verdes de Girona.
Many thousands of kilometers of routes that are waiting for us and our bicycles.
will be next Thursday, May 28 at 17 p.m.
To attend you need to register, that same day we will send you the link to the scheduled zoom meeting.
