Our friend Raymón Virumbrales He will visit us next Thursday, March 28, to present his book Llévame de Viaje and talk about his philosophy of travel and life that led him to launch it. Another Life is Possible.
He will show us that this other life is possible and will share with us what traveling by bicycle brings us. You can also buy his book and take the signed copy with you.
Juan Ramón Virumbrales (Raymon) is a writer, traveler and president-founder of the cycloinspiration project www.otravidaesposible.org: 10 years combining more than 45.000 km of bicycle trips on four continents with development cooperation projects (educational, health, agricultural projects in countries such as Morocco, Senegal and Cambodia).
Raymon will focus the talk on his personal evolution through travel and projects, to delve into an introspective journey through the paths of love, freedom, fulfillment and commitment to our true inner happiness. The speaker will talk about the importance of talents, living with meaning, fear, false beliefs, emotions, and how to reprogram the unconscious through action.
Likewise, he will talk about one of his favorite trips: Indonesia. An unforgettable trip between volcanoes, jungles and an amazing socio-cultural diversity.
Currently, the author has accumulated more than 5.500 km traveling through Spain by bicycle with the purpose of promoting his travel and personal growth book “Take me on a trip: a bicycle adventure inside oneself”, (www.llevamedeviajelibro.com, now in its 2nd Edition). An experience halfway between the autobiographical travel book, social criticism, minimalist philosophy and the personal growth genre. Raymon began his journey in Alicante at the beginning of May (2018), and so far he has given talks and presentations in more than 30 cities
