Natural Parks, impressive limestone mountain ranges and the union of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean in the Strait of Gibraltar They are the circuit on which we will pedal. Dotted with monumental enclaves both naturally and Torcal of Antequera or round pit, as in cultural and historical: Antequera and his citadel, Ronda, Castellar de la Frontera or own Fair, there where the Berber Tarif, the scout, landed, who preceded the arrival of Tariq in the year 711 with his army. 

Like the Almoravids who fell in love with this landscape, its greenery and mountains, in contrast with the ocher of its desert, we will enjoy the chromaticism of these lands while we pedal on an itinerant route that will take us from the mountains to the sea.

But there are many more Roman ruins, white villages, olive trees and vineyards, with those fantastic Ronda wines that recover the Roman tradition of Acinipo, a beautiful enclave in the Serranía where the Romans already made wines. Cheeses and sausages, an authentic delight of local products "terroir" before reaching the sea and its fish. Not to mention alfajores, that pastry that the tradition of Al-Andalus left us as heritage. A trip that is also gastronomic.
