Popularly known as Aluche Park, is located in the Aluche neighborhood, divided in two by Illescas Street. Its official name is Mayor Carlos Arias Navarro Park, although we could say that it was his official name.

It was inaugurated in 1973 by the then Mayor of Madrid, Miguel Ángel García-Lomas Mata in the company of himself, Carlos Arias Navarro. This year 2015, the political parties of the Madrid city council: Now Madrid, PSOE and Ciudadanos have approved changing the name of the park dedicated to the president of the Franco government, it will simply be called Parque de Aluche.

The Aluche park was able to be built thanks to an agreement between the City Council and the electricity companies to bury the high-tension cables that crossed the neighborhood, which freed up the space where the park is today.

The park occupies almost 16 hectares and has an artificial estuary. They were built following the route of the old Luche stream, which is channeled, leaving green areas on both sides, and which is surrounded by groves of pines, poplars, poplars, cedars, also children's play areas and sports facilities and equipment.
