We begin the route, with some destination recommendations to enjoy this time of year, ideal for enjoying pedaling. It is time to explore fantastic forests of beech trees, oaks or the banks of our rivers. We have with us Anna Carrera, Brand Manager of Activo and Natura of the Catalan Tourism Agency who is going to tell us how they are in charge of promoting bicycle tourism in Catalonia. We introduce you to Juan Manuel Buzón Cabrera, a cycle traveler friend, who will tell us why he likes bike trips. Víctor from Rutas Pangea tells us about the different types of suspension and especially its maintenance. Almudena from the Nzuri Daima Foundation is going to tell us a beautiful story where the bike is the protagonist and a tool for change towards a better life and with more opportunities.
