FROM APRIL 13 TO 20. Senegal by bike, a trip to the country of Hospitality. a quiet bike trip, accessible to all audiences, to let yourself be carried away by the spirit of Africa. Perhaps the most affordable destination in that Black Africa that makes us dream so much.
JUNE 1 AND 2. We propose a walking trip through the North of Cáceres. Our destination: Hervás, in the Ambroz Valley, next to the Ruta de la Plata. The Ambroz valley in the North of Extremadura offers us an incredible landscape for our hiking routes. The Silver Route crosses the valley. Without a doubt, the main attraction of the region is its forests, an excellent forest mass where oaks and especially chestnut trees stand out.
JUNE 1 AND 2. The Natural Paths program continues to grow and this year it inaugurates a new section of the Vía Verde de la Plata from Béjar to Hervás and will continue towards Plasencia. This corner of the west of the Peninsula between Salamanca and Cáceres is full of natural treasures and fantastic towns.
FROM AUGUST 15 TO 18. We return with new mountain bike routes through Bertiz, this very special border area within the Pyrenees. And as in recent years, we have chosen the transversal theme of smuggling, as it has long been one of the fundamental occupations for many of the inhabitants of these mountains bordering France. The black market and its mischief determined what was produced, how it was traded and ultimately how the people lived in this region.
FROM AUGUST 17 TO 25. From Belgrade we will continue cycling through Serbia towards the border with Romania. There we will find the place where the Danube crosses the Carpathians and marks the divide with the Balkans. This place is popularly known as "The Iron Gates". With the Djerdap National Park we leave Serbia to enter the Porțile de Fier Natural Park, the large natural park in southwestern Romania. There is no shortage of elements of interest in this stretch of the Danube that competes with the Austrian Wachau Valley as the most attractive of the entire Danube River.
FROM AUGUST 24 TO SEPTEMBER 1.We will spend the week crossing the border between Romania and Bulgaria. The cherry on top of this week's trip, but really of the entire trip, is the mouth of the Danube. A fabulous delta, spectacular. Declared a Biosphere Reserve for its natural wealth, a biodiversity that makes this area one of the most important natural areas in this part of Europe. Without a doubt, an end of our unforgettable bike trip.
FROM APRIL 13 TO 20. Lanzarote has incredible natural beauty, a pleasure for the senses. Tour the island on a mountain bike, along its roads and trails and ride at a leisurely pace through the towns, farm fields, sandy beaches, beaches,... sometimes in a lunar landscape, other times next to paradisiacal beaches. The large number of roads and trails that Lanzarote and its neighbor Graciosa have, as well as their climate, make this island an ideal place to explore by bicycle.
FROM AUGUST 31 TO SEPTEMBER 8. The Eurovelo 3 route is the route of pilgrims, it begins in Norway and arrives in Santiago, collecting the Caminos de Santiago that come from France. This confluence between ancient paths and the new European cycle routes makes this route very interesting. It combines several ways of understanding the world of the bicycle, that of the pilgrim, that of the cycle tourist, the mountain bike adventurer...
FROM APRIL 18 TO 21. Hiking at Easter through the Peneda-Gerês National Park in Portugal. The only Portuguese National Park awaits us with its granite mountain landscape. Smooth and undulating stone, where the humidity supports beautiful forests that give us an idea of what this Portuguese area must have been like hundreds of years ago.
FROM MAY 1 TO 5. Travel by bike along the Costa da Morte, a magical land, located at the edge of the old continent, always full of legends and traditions. Its gloomy name, the result of the power of the sea, does not hide the beauty of the coastal landscapes, the richness of the artistic heritage, the imposing lighthouses, the magic of its natural formations and its excellent gastronomy...
FROM APRIL 18 TO 21. Holy Week in the Peneda-Gerês National Park by mountain bike. The only Portuguese National Park awaits us with its granite mountain landscape. Smooth and undulating stone, where the humidity supports excellent forests that give us an idea of what this Portuguese area must have been like hundreds of years ago. Stones that Roman legions saw passing by when they went hunting in search of the Galician and the elusive Lusitanian.
