Cantabrian House in Madrid (6)The headquarters of the House of Cantabria in Madrid was designed by the architect Carlos de Riaño (member of the team in charge of the reform of the Prado-Recoletos axis), created a mountain-style building. It is located on Pío Baroja street number 10, very close to the Retiro, Along the Hospital of the Child Jesus. Construction began in 1989 and finished in 1991, being inaugurated on November 29, 1991.

It should be noted that the site where it was built was once home to the Baby Jesus train station, starting point of Tajuña railway which today has become the Via Verde del Tajuña, an bike tour delicious.
