MOUNTAIN BIKE IN PORTUGAL 

We propose you a bike trip in Portugal. Our destiny: Viseu, Beira Alta.

In its surroundings, the Sierras de Leomil, Montemuro, Lousa and Caramulo and the valleys of the Vouga, Dao and Paiva rivers offer us a wonderful landscape for our mountain bike routes.

Viseu It gained importance in Roman times since it was an important crossing of Roman roads, one of them connecting Mérida, The EmeritaAugusta with the current Braga, The Roman falconer.

There is a historical figure associated with the city, it seems that Viriatus, the leader of the movement that opposed the Roman occupation, was born and lived in these lands.

The proposed routes cross several Portuguese Greenways.
