The paths of the famous Song of Mine Cid from Burgos to Valencia serve as a proposal for an itinerant route through the most beautiful areas of the Iberian System and the Castilian Plateau. An authentic immersion in Empty Spain. We will faithfully follow in their footsteps through the lands of Burgos, Soria, Guadalajara, Teruel, Castellón and Valencia as if it were a true natural and cultural exhibition, to finish next to the Levantine coasts, on the same Malvarrosa beach enjoying a swim and a paella.
Natural spaces such as the Sierra de la Demanda, the Lobos River Canyon, Sierra de Pela, the Molina moors, El Alto Tajo and the Sierras de Albarracín, the heart of Montañas Vacías, Javalambre, the Sierras de Espadán make up a delight to wander. of our bikes along very little traveled paths: old medieval roads, bridges, Roman roads, nomadic ravines, abandoned train tracks, today converted into Greenways or long-distance trails.
