Further to the shown sporting activities, on occasion other possibilities are open to fill in gaps or as alternatives, these include: Nature interpretation, search for animal tracks and presence, flora and fauna, juggling workshop... they all share low cost and are usually set up to entertain the participant’s families (at a higher cost level, other activities are available on demand, for example ceramics workshop).

Climbing is a difficult activity in Madrid due to the lack of adequate places. We have on occasion set up this activity with a rented mobile unit; the high cost of the rental is to be considered.

This is our newest offer. Located in permanent Adventure Parks, The participants go from one activity to the next in a fixed plan taking part in all the afore mentioned activities. It is obviously necessary to travel to the locations. We have carried out programs in Cercedilla and in Hoyos del Espino.

The so-called “Costa del Clarete”, on the banks of the Ebro River between Logroño and Miranda del Duero, centres the attention of wine experts and tourists from all over the world.

On one hand the la Sierra de Cantabria, with it’s great rocky walls and forests of oak and beech that sharply contrast with the autumn colours of the grape vines and poplar trees. On the other the museums, wine tasting that offer us.

Madrid Province wine route

Wine route: Rioja alta & Sierra de Cantabria (La Rioja & Álava)

Day 1: Covarrubias -Santo Domingo de Silos - Peñaranda de Duero

- Our visit starts in the beautiful and well maintained city of Covarrubias and its perfectly maintained architecture. The cities vast history and many legends are a good starting for our tour of the Duero Valley. It’s not a coincidence that the founder of Castile, Fernando Gonzalez’s resting place is in this town.

- Our southbound journey takes us to Santo Domingo de Silos, where we will visit the magnificent monastery, the inner city and the museum of musical instruments. From here the possibility opens to reach the “garganta de Yecla” and Caleruega, finally reaching Peñaranda where we will spend the night (Aranda de Duero or Montejo de la Vega, in the “hoces del Riaza” being possible alternatives)

- Peñaranda de Duero is a charming town in the heart of Castile. Here we can enjoy visiting the it’s main square palace, churches, and castle.

- We can choose to visit the wine cellars in either Peñaranda, or Valle del río Riaza, depending on our choice. The first are industrial cellars whereas the second are smaller family businesses.)


Day 2: Peñafiel - Tordesillas

- Our day begins visiting Peñafiel, it’s medieval town square, castle walled city and a wine cellar-museum one of the most famous in the Duero route.

- We can also visit the well known wine city of Roa.

- Our bike rout now takes us to Pesquera de Duero and Quintanilla de Onésimo, both in Valladolid province.

- Now by Van or bus we might chouse to visit the town of Tordesillas, a historical enclave that is paramount in the history of Spain that maintains historical sights well worth a visit.
